Valero Energy Corporation Declares Regular Cash Dividend on Common Stock

SAN ANTONIO, July 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:VLO) (“Valero”) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock of $0.80 per share. The dividend is payable on September 5, 2018, to holders of record at the close of business on August 7, 2018.

As a reminder, Valero will host a conference call on July 26, 2018, at 10 a.m. ET to discuss second quarter earnings results, which will be released earlier that day, and to provide an update on company operations and strategy.  Persons interested in listening to the presentation live via the internet may log on to Valero’s website at www.valero.com.
